The Anthologia was originally a weekly blog feature where various poets from around the world would write to a prompt. It was hosted on the Blaidh's Tales website and featured ten weeks of fairy tale inspired poetry. With Thom Boulton (Blaidh Nemorlith) becoming Plymouth's Poet Laureate, it ceased being a weekly prompt feature and evolved into a themed blog post. All the writing was somehow related to the theme and showed various viewpoints around the topic. What made it unique was the mix of poetry, micro-fiction, non-fiction and sociological articles that were included.
Now, The Anthologia has expanded again and moved to its own home! We will be releasing requests for writing that fits the theme of each edition via our social media platforms. There will be eight editions released every year.
The new format for The Anthologia is a downloadable pdf file, found on the above tab labelled 'The Magazine'.
We hope you enjoy reading the eclectic bundle of digital scribbles and words.
